Minimum
opening order is $200.00. Reorders are $100.00 minimum. (Note:
ordering
at least $150.00 lowers your shipping costs.)
- Backorders
over $50.00 will be shipped as ready, unless cancelled
in writing.
PAYMENT TERMS
- First orders
- credit card : Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or prepaid
company check.

Net 30 terms
are subject to credit approval. Credit/trade references must include
complete
addresses, phone, and fax numbers. Credit card number will expedite
your initial order. Late payments are subject to a 5%
per month finance charge plus any collection and/ or attorney fees.
SHIPPING

Shipments are
FOB Phoenix, Arizona 85040 via UPS, Priority Mail, & common carrier.
Please note: all truck line shipments will be sent freight collect.
RETURNS AND CLAIMS

Claims must
be made within 7 days of receipt of merchandise.
Damages may be faxed to 602.243.0150 or called in to toll free
1.800.613.3267. The invoice number is required.
